We are excited to announce starting May 4th we will slowly start opening our Southaven and Grenada branches. We will require that you wear a face covering and keep at least a 6ft distance between other members.
 
We will also have staff located in the lobbies to help direct members and keep our occupancy to a minimum.
 
As always you can do most transactions via our mobile app or within our online banking. You can also virtually contact a member of our team via our video banking located on the homepage of our website, southernsecurity.org.
 
Starting May 6th we will continue lobby operations at our Bartlett, Collierville and Poplar locations with the above limitations. Hours will remain the same.
 
We truly appreciate everyone’s patience during this time and look forward to seeing you soon!

Tips for the upcoming stimulus check
• Verify the account your last tax refund or payment check was sent to or from is active
• Reach out to your financial institution where the check will be sent to ensure funds will be received

Due to high demand we have increased the limit on ATM cash withdrawals from $450 to $650 during COVID-19. Please take note of our current hours and locations available.

At this time all ATM deposits will still be processed from the Collierville, Poplar and Bartlett ATM’s. We will be happy to assist you at one of our two drive-thru locations located at:

As we continue to monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 the health of our members, employees and the communities we serve is our top priority.

After careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily shift our branches to drive thru and appointment only effective Monday, March 23, 2020. To make an appointment please contact our Member Service Department at 901-452-7900 opt. 4 or by filling out a contact form here. Our goal is to continue to provide exceptional service to all of our members no matter the circumstance.
