New online security measures
To increase your security when viewing your Southern Security accounts online we have an authentication process. You will be asked to supply answers to questions once you login to CU Online. These are typically questions whose answers are personal to you yet will not compromise your identity.
You should NOT see any questions that ask for your account or card numbers, your social security number or mother’s maiden name. If you are ever asked these questions from a website or email that seems to be from Southern Security, please do NOT answer the questions and alert the credit union immediately. Southern Security will NEVER contact you and ask for verification of information we already have.
